How can we contact Natureloc?

 You can always email us or what’sapp us in the contact details provided. If you want to connect with us over phone, you can definitely call in the number provided and we are happily there to help you. It will be more convenient for our staff, if you can restrict your calls between 9 to 6 on all days except on Sundays which is a holiday.

 How can I make the payment in your site using Paytm?

Place orders for the items you would like to buy with us and click on continue to payment. Select the Paytm option. Copy the link shown in the payment page and paste it on to a different page. All the payment options available are mentioned in this page in detail. At the bottom of the page there will be the QR code for scanning and making the payment using Paytm.

 In how many days will you deliver the products on placing the order?

We usually ship the orders within 48 hours of receipt of order from our end.  Delivery at your door step usually happens within a week depending on your geographical location and the service of our courier partner in your location.

 Do you offer COD or Cash on Delivery?

 We do not usually stock our products and are mostly sourced upon receiving the orders. So we prefer to take upfront payment on your orders for enabling purchase of your requested products at our end. Hence we do not undertake cash on delivery or COD service.

 How do Natureloc procure the products?

 Most of the products we sell on our site are grown and produced in our own or relatives homes or farms. For all other products we have developed tie ups with reputed suppliers or organisations within Kerala or across India. These items are further processed and packaged at our site using hand or modern technology as required in good hygienic conditions. The same are made available to you without losing its freshness and quality the way nature has created it.

 Do you have same day shipping?

 Yes, but it is restricted to our home town in Kochi, Kerala. We usually ship the orders the very next day on receipt of the orders at our end. But if there are multiple products ordered and if all of them are not available with us or are to be sourced from different vendors across Kerala or in India, it can cause a delay of one or two days.

 How do I track my shipping?

 On despatching the orders you have placed with us, we will be forwarding you an email on the details of the shipping. There is a link provided in this email which can take you to the website of the courier company where you can trace the status of the courier in detail.  What are your damage returns and refund policy?

If you have any issue with our products on receipt, please feel free to email us in detail describing the issue with photos attached, mentioning the order number, within 2 days of receipt of the ordered products. Based on the same we will get in touch with you within 48 hours via phone or email. Do you list other popular brands in your website?

We do allow products that are not being offered by Natureloc, provided there are a good number of requests from the customers for a particular product. If you want your products to be listed on our site, please e mail your product catalogue with all related details. We will evaluate the same in detail and will get in touch with you shortly.
