Method of preparation of lemon tea
- Heat some water in a pan and wait for it boil.
- Add the lemon tea powder and simmer it for 1/2 a minute.
- Switch off the flame and strain it with a fine sieve.
- Transfer it to a serving tea cup and add some sugar or honey for a sweet flavour.
- Serve it hot.
