Refund and Cancellation policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel or seek a refund for products purchased directly through NatureLoC’s official platform. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase:
Seller Policy
All products listed and sold on our platform are exclusively by NatureLoC Marketing Pvt. Ltd. No other third-party sellers or merchants are currently associated with or listed on our platform.Order Cancellation
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.
However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed for shipping or is out for delivery.
For cancellations made before the order is shipped, a service charge of 3% of the total order amount will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Damaged / Defective Products
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, it must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
After verifying the claim, if the damage/defect is confirmed, a replacement will be arranged within 7–10 working days (subject to product availability). If not available, a full refund will be issued.
Product Not as Described / Dissatisfaction
If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please inform our customer service within 3 days of receipt.
After evaluating your concern, an appropriate resolution (replacement/refund) will be provided at our discretion.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
For products that carry a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any service or warranty-related issues.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Final Authority
NatureLoC Marketing Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole right to take the final decision on all refund, replacement, and cancellation requests. All such decisions taken by the management shall be deemed final and binding.
Return Policy
We offer return / exchange within first 3 days
from the date of delivery of your order. If
3 days
have passed since delivery, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become
eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as
you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale,
then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us
(based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.
You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or
refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange
/ return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected
by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further.
If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will
be processed in accordance with our policies.
Refused Shipments:
If a customer refuses delivery of a parcel, a refund will be issued minus the *original shipping cost + RTO (Return To Origin) charge incurred by us.
For Free Shipping Items:
If a customer refuses delivery of a parcel that qualified for **free shipping, the refund will be processed minus the *original shipping cost + RTO charges.
**Free shipping covers the initial delivery only and does not apply to refused or returned parcels
Exemptions from Returns & Refunds:
- Cast iron products, stone products, and wooden decor/tools items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are received in a physically damaged condition, and in such cases video proof of unboxing is mandatory.
- Some product categories may also be exempted from returns or refunds, and such exemptions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
For accepted return/exchange requests, once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the return/exchange will be processed as per our policy.
Note: *The original shipping cost refers to the actual cost we pay to the carrier, not necessarily the shipping fee charged (if any) during checkout.
